IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROGRAM OPERATED BY WOWSHOP (“WOWSHOP”), CURRENTLY LOCATED AT NO 7, JALAN JURUBINA U1/18, HICOM-GLENMARIE INDUSTRIAL PARK, 40150 SHAH ALAM, SELANGOR. THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERN YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROGRAM. BY ENTERING THIS PROGRAM, YOU HEREBY CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.


MEMBERSHIP STRUCTURE & ELIGIBILITY

  1. ELIGIBILITY AS A MEMBER: The Program is currently open to all online registered WOWSHOP customers. All newly registered WOWSHOP customers are automatically enrolled into the Program at White Tier (see below).

  2. Customers are required to register online and purchase with WOWSHOP. Eligibility is limited to purchases made via :

    • WOWSHOP website (wowshop.com.my) – desktop or mobile;

    • WOWSHOP mobile app (WOWSHOP MY);

      (collectively referred to as, “ONLINE Order”).

  1. WOWSHOP reserves the right to revoke, suspend or restrict Program membership or Customer access to loyalty benefits, at WOWSHOP’s sole and absolute discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud or abuse, duplicate accounts, misuse and membership policy violations.

  2. WOWSHOP reserves the right to interpret, modify, suspend and/or terminate the Program, Tier structure, or membership benefits at any time and without any prior notice, at WOWSHOP’s sole discretion.

  1. Program runs in bi-annual cycles :

    • Cycle 1: 1 January – 30 June (WOWSHOP will evaluate on 1 July)

    • Cycle 2: 1 July – 31 December (WOWSHOP will evaluate on 1 January)

  1. Nonetheless, Tier upgrades are not restricted by Cycle review dates :

    • Members will be upgraded on the 10th day after successful delivery of a qualifying ONLINE order.

    • Multiple Tier jumps are allowed.

    • For example :

      1. If you upgraded in April (Cycle 1), your tier will remain until end of December (end of cycle 2).

      2. See clause 1.

  1. A successful delivery of an ONLINE Order is considered to have been successfully delivered ten (10) days after the delivered date.

  2. Only successfully delivered ONLINE orders count towards Tier progression. Cancelled or refunded ONLINE orders for whatever reason(s), are excluded.

DURATION AND EXPIRY

  1. Once a Member upgrades to a higher Tier, the Tier is valid until the end of the next full Cycle.

  2. Downgrades are applied automatically at the end of each Cycle based on the number of successfully delivered ONLINE orders in that Cycle.

  3. Customers who meet the Tier threshold again in the current cycle will retain their Tier and receive a fresh issuance of Tier benefits.

  4. Customers can check their current Tier in WOWSHOP’s app or WOWSHOP’s website profile.

  5. Customers are expected to self-monitor their Tier status through WOWHOP’s app or through WOWSHOP’s website profile.

WOW REWARDS VOUCHERS AND WOW CASHBACKWow Rewards Voucher Distribution :

  1. Wow Rewards Vouchers are issued only once per Cycle per Tier, and only when the corresponding ONLINE order threshold is met during that Cycle.

  2. No Wow Rewards Vouchers will be issued for Tier statuses that are carried forward into a new Cycle without new qualifying activity.

  3. Wow Rewards Vouchers are issued automatically upon Tier refresh (upgrade, downgrade or maintain).

  4. Wow Rewards Vouchers are credited to the Customer’s account and are immediately available for redemption.

Wow Rewards Voucher Rules :

  1. Voucher name : WOW Rewards Voucher.

  2. Wow Rewards Voucher type : Discount Voucher.

  3. Wow Rewards Vouchers are not stackable with other promos or vouchers.

  4. Wow Rewards Vouchers are non-transferable.

  5. Only one Wow Rewards Voucher may be used per transaction

  6. Wow Rewards Vouchers are Sitewide eligible at cart level (it is not limited by any product, brand, or category unless otherwise stated)

  7. Validity : Wow Rewards Voucher is valid until the Member’s next membership refresh.

  8. Wow Rewards Vouchers are issued only once per Cycle per Tier, and only when the corresponding order threshold is met during that Cycle.

  9. No Wow Rewards Vouchers will be issued for Tier statuses that are carried forward into a new Cycle without new qualifying activity.

 WOW Cashback:

  1. Cashback is issued in the form of WOW CASHBACK which can be used to offset the value of future purchases.

  2. EXPIRATION OF WOW CASHBACK: CASHBACK amounts credited to the Customer’s WOWSHOP account have a lifespan of 3 months. Failing to utilise it within the said time period may result in the CASHBACK automatically expiring. No extension of the validity period will be given.

  3. WOW CASHBACK will be issued for Customers upon successful delivery of order(s). Successful delivery of orders are deemed complete when the Customer’s purchases have been paid without any refunds or returns of purchases.

Redemption

  1. Customers can monitor their Wow Rewards Vouchers and WOW CASHBACK in their account profile.

  2. WOWSHOP reserves the right to exclude the usage of Wow Rewards Vouchers and WOW Cashback for specific campaigns organised by WOWSHOP.

  3. Customers are expected to self-monitor their WOW CASHBACK status through WOWHOP’s app or through WOWSHOP’s website profile.

  4. Customers may redeem their WOW CASHBACK via online. Alternatively, once the WOW CASHBACK is credited into a Customer’s account, a Customer may redeem the WOW CASHBACK online in the checkout page following the steps below:

    • Log into Customer’s WOWSHOP account via the website or mobile application

    • Select the product (s) the Customer would like to purchase and the Customer will be directed to the shopping cart page

    • In the checkout page, under Review & Payments, the Customer may view their total WOW CASHBACK. The Customer can choose the amount of how many WOW CASHBACK to redeem if not all.

    • To use the WOW CASHBACK, click “Apply” and the discount will be deducted from the grand total.

    • Confirm the Customer’s payment with the discounted value and click “Check Out” to continue with payment.

  1. CUSTOMER SUPPORT: For any inquiries related to the loyalty program, including assistance or reporting issues, you may contact WOWSHOP’s hotline at 03 2632 0808, from 5am to 9pm everyday, including public holidays.

  2. NON-TRANSFERABLE: WOW CASHBACK; Wow Rewards Vouchers and loyalty benefits awarded under this Program cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or assigned to another party. Merging rewards between accounts are also not allowed. If the Customer deletes their WOWSHOP account, the Customer agrees that all associated WOW POINTS and Wow Rewards Vouchers are forfeited and are non-recoverable.

  3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

  1. The Customer (“Member of the Program Member of the Program acknowledge that their participation in the Program shall be at their own risk. Further, the Member of the Program agrees to accept all of WOWSHOP’s decision-making with regards to WOW Rewards’ Terms and Conditions and any matter related thereto. The Member of the Program agrees that WOWSHOP shall not be liable for any claim for compensation and/or damages as a result of any actions or amendments of the Terms and Conditions by WOWSHOP.

  2. WOWSHOP will NOT be responsible nor be liable for:

    1. Any problems, losses, or damages of any nature suffered by the Member of the Programs due to delays and/or failures in receiving and sending entries; issuing of WOWSHOP Points or vouchers, resulting from network, communication, ISP, or system errors, interruptions, and/or failures experienced by WOWSHOP or the Member of the Programs' telecommunication service providers, or arising from participation or the downloading of any materials in this Program. In the event of such errors, interruptions, delays and/or failures, WOWSHOP shall not be responsible or liable for Member of the Programs' failure to participate in this Program or any failure encountered by WOWSHOP in fulfilling its obligations hereunder. Such incidents may be resolved at WOWSHOP’s absolute discretion and upon enquiry by the Member of the Program.

    2. Any errors, including errors in notification of redemptions, contest winners, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communication line failures, theft, destruction, alteration of, or unauthorized access to entries, or entries lost or delayed, whether or not arising during operation or transmission due to server functions, viruses, bugs, or other causes beyond WOWSHOP's control.

    3. WOWSHOP, its associated and/or related companies, its agents, sponsors, representatives, affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and assigns shall not be responsible for any misrepresentation of facts, damage, injuries, or losses (including the death of any person) resulting from Member of the Programs' involvement and any CASHBACK or Rewards through this Program. Furthermore, they shall not be liable, whether directly or consequentially, for any losses or damages suffered by Member of the Programs resulting from their participation in this Program or as a result of any act or omission on the part of WOWSHOP.

  1. DATA PROTECTION: In respect of the “Personal Data” i.e., having the meaning ascribed under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”) and any subsidiary legislation made under the PDPA and also any legislation replacing the PDPA] of the Member of the Programs, the Member of the Programs shall ensure that they have read and understood the Media Prima Berhad Personal Data Protection Notice
    (“MPB PDP Notice”) which is accessible at https://www.mediaprima.com.my/personal-data-protection-notice.html and hereby have consented to the processing of any Personal Data of themselves by WOWSHOP in accordance with the terms contained in the said MPB PDP Notice. The names, information, usernames, email addresses and any other personal details of the Member of the Programs will be handled by WOWSHOP in accordance with the PDPA.

  2. DECISION OF WOWSHOP: WOWSHOP reserves the right to:

    1. amend any of the Terms and Conditions and vary any of the rules and/or requirements of this Program, at any time at WOWSHOP’s sole and absolute discretion;

    2. disqualify any Member of the Program who breaches the Terms and Conditions, the rules of the Program or has acted fraudulently in any way;

    3. disqualify any Member of the Program at any time at its sole and absolute discretion; and

    4. cancel the Program, at any stage, if in its opinion, it is deemed necessary or if circumstances arise outside its control or for any reason whatsover.

  3. COSTS: All costs, charges, fees and/or expenses that are associated with the Program shall be the sole responsibility of the Member of the Program. WOWSHOP shall not refund any costs, fees, expenses and/or charges incurred by any Member of the Program of the Program in participating in the Program or for the cancellation of the Program by WOWSHOP.

  4. GOVERNING LAW: These Terms and Conditions of the Program shall be construed, governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. In the event of any dispute, the Member of the Program and WOWSHOP agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

  5. INVALIDITY & SEVERABILITY: The invalidity, illegality or unenforceability of any terms stipulated hereunder shall not affect or impair the continuation in force of the remainder of these Terms and Conditions of the Program, and all provisions not affected by such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability shall remain in full force and effect.

WOW Rewards – Frequently Asked Questions

MEMBERSHIP STRUCTURE & ELIGIBILITY

1. When does the new WOW Rewards program start?

The new WOW Rewards program begins on 1 August 2025. All new and existing WOWSHOP online customers will be automatically enrolled.

2. What happened to the previous rewards program?

The previous program has been discontinued. WOW Rewards introduces a new tier-based structure that offers WOW Rewards Vouchers and WOW Cashback based on your online purchase activity.

3. How do I qualify for WOW Rewards?

To participate, simply:

  • Register a WOWSHOP account

  • Make purchases via the WOWSHOP website or mobile app
    Only online orders count toward tier progression and rewards.

4. How are the tiers structured?

Tiers are based on the total number of successfully delivered online orders within each cycle:

  • WOW Rewards Vouchers expire at the end of your current tier cycle

  • WOW Cashback is valid for 3 months from the date it is credited

7. Can I use my rewards on any product?

Yes, rewards are applicable sitewide, unless otherwise stated.

  • Vouchers are not stackable with other promotions

8. Are WOW Rewards applicable to call-in or offline purchases?

No. WOW Rewards is exclusive to online orders placed through the WOWSHOP website or app.

9. Where can I check my tier and rewards?

You can view your current tier, available vouchers, and WOW Cashback balance in your WOWSHOP account profile, on both the website and app.

10. I didn’t receive my reward. What should I do?

Please ensure:

  • The order was placed online

  • The item has been successfully delivered

  • At least 10 days have passed since delivery

  • You’re checking within the correct membership cycle

11. How do WOW Cashback and WOW Rewards Vouchers work at checkout?

WOW Cashback

  • Earned from qualifying online purchases

  • Valid for 3 months from the date of credit

  • Can be partially or fully applied at checkout

  • Simply click “Apply” during checkout to use your balance

WOW Rewards Vouchers

  • Issued based on your membership tier

  • Each voucher has a fixed value and a minimum spend requirement

  • Automatically added to your account once issued

  • Only one voucher can be used per order
