The name “Bentong” came from a name of a small town in Pahang. VIAS premium Bentong Ginger Puree can be used in cakes, biscuits and various sauces, drinks and condiments. The ginger puree also suitable in all kinds of meat and vegetable dishes, including curries, marinades and chutneys.

Direction : Mix 1 or 2 tbs of Ginger Puree with other ingredients to enhance tasteful flavour of grilled,gravy,soup or stir fry meat,chicken and seafood. To make Ginger tasting beverages,add 1 tsp of Lemon Ginger Puree and 1 tsp honey into a glass of warm water or fruit juice.
