“GRAB TERMS AND CONDITIONS”
Terms & Conditions - GrabPay Online
1. Offer is valid from 9 September 2022 (12:00am) – 9 October 2022 (11.59pm).
2. Offer is valid for 10% OFF, capped at RM20 with minimum spend of RM200.
3. To apply the offer, users are to key in GPDEALSTEROKA at the GrabPay payment page.
4. Offer is valid at participating online stores only. Refer to https://www.grab.com/my/teroka-all-things-local/
5. Offer is limited to ONE (1) redemption per user per device throughout the campaign period.
6. Offer is limited to a total of 2,500 redemptions throughout the campaign period.
7. Offer is based on a first come first served basis. The offer will cease once the redemptions have been fully awarded or at the expiration of the
campaign period, whichever is earlier.
8. Grab shall not be under any obligation to inform users, on any communication channels once the offer has been fully redeemed.

12. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and any dispute arising out of or in connection with promotion shall be
referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Malaysia.

MAYBANK TERMS AND CONDITIONS
“MAYBANK TERMS AND CONDITIONS”
- Campaign period is from 16 June to 16 September 2022 (subject to availability).
- Every successful Scan & Pay transaction via the MAE app and Maybank2u MY app, with no minimum spend at WOWSHOP during the campaign period entitles the customer to one (1) entry in the Monthly Lucky Draw for a chance to win a Proton X50 1.5T Premium. Entries are unlimited.
- Each MAE app user will enjoy cashbacks of up to RM3 per transaction, capped at three (3) cashbacks per month during the campaign period. To qualify for the cashbacks, a minimum spend of RM20 per transaction at WOWSHOP is required.
- To be eligible for the rewards stated in (3), Scan & Pay transactions must be performed via the MAE app only, and the customer’s source of funds for Scan & Pay must be from his/her MAE account or Maybank savings account.
- Payment must be made via the MAE app version 0.8.6 and above downloaded from Google Play Store, Version 3.0 downloaded from Apple App Store and Version 0.7.9 downloaded from Huawei App Gallery only.
- Splitting of bills for the purpose of redeeming multiple rewards is strictly not allowed.

BOOST TERMS AND CONDITIONS
“BOOST TERMS AND CONDITIONS”
1. A) Reward Utilization Period
"Utilization Period” means the period of thirty (30) days from the users’ receipt of the Reward, within which the Rewards shall be valid for utilization by the users.
2. B) CAMPAIGN’S TERMS AND CONDITIONS
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MERDEKA WOWSHOP RM6.50 CASHBACK CAMPAIGN (“CAMPAIGN”)
This Campaign is held by Axiata Digital eCode Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 201701000820 (1214970-T)) (“eCode”). By participating in the Campaign, Customer (as hereinafter defined) hereby agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions which shall form an integral part of and to be read together with Boost Terms and Conditions, Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions and Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions.
In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between these terms and conditions, such inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following decreasing order (i) these terms and conditions; (ii) Boost Partner Wallet Terms and Conditions; (iii) Boost Campaign General Terms and Conditions; and (iv) Boost Terms and Conditions.
Campaign Period
24 August 2022 until 16 September 2022
Eligibility
This Campaign shall only be applicable to all Boost users (“Customers”).
Campaign Mechanics
- During the Campaign Period, Customers who spend a minimum of RM54 in a single transaction on WOWSHOP’s website (https://www.wowshop.com.my/) or mobile app and make payment with Boost (“Transaction”) will be eligible to receive a cashback of RM6.50 (“Reward”).
- Reward is limited to the first 2,308 eligible and successful Transactions throughout the Campaign Period.
- Subject to paragraph 2 above, the Reward will be credited immediately into the eligible Customer’s WOWSHOP Wallet in their Boost app after making a successful Transaction.
- Each eligible Customer may only receive a maximum of one (1) Reward under this Campaign.
- No minimum spend is required to utilise the Reward but the Reward must be utilised when making an online transaction on WOWSHOP’s website (https://www.wowshop.com.my/) or mobile app and make payment with Boost only.
- The Reward must be utilised within the Utilization Period. Any unutilised Reward shall expire and be forfeited automatically without further notice, and the Customer shall have no claim whatsoever against eCode or WOWSHOP.
