Usage Direction:

Ingredients:
a. Rice flour
b. Salt to taste
c. Grated Coconut
d. Water

Method of Cooking:
• Fry sieved rice flour in a pan till light brown and spread the flour on a paper to cool. Then break chunks and transfer to a wide mouthed bowl. sprinkle water to wet the flour and mix well.
•  Grate half coconut and keep aside
•  Place the perforated disk in the puttu maker Add two tablespoons of grated coconut in the puttu maker. Then add a handful of wet rice mix. Repeat the filling twice or thrice.
