Directions for use:
• Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice. Diffuse aromatically for a calming effect.
• Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity. Prior to using, do a patch test on a small area to make sure it doesn’t cause a reaction.
