These one-bite matcha cookie cups are so cute and easy to make with ready-made cookie dough. Top them with citrus for an increase in antioxidants. Yummy and healthy!
Ingredients:
1 tube refrigerated sugar cookie dough
½ cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon grated orange zest
1 cup Lecker Matcha Spread
2 cups fresh raspberries
Toasted almond (optional)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 176℃
In a small bowl, mix cookie dough, flour, and orange zest
Shape the dough into 1-inch balls
Press the dough balls evenly into the bottoms and sides of a greased mini-muffin pan
Bake for about 10 - 12 minutes or until lightly golden brown
Cool the cups in the pan for 5 minutes and run a knife on the sides of the cups
Cool the cups in the pan completely before removing
Place 1 teaspoon of Lecker Matcha Spread in the centre of each cookie cup
Top them with raspberry
You can substitute them and use only the almonds instead of the fruits
