1) Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship
2) Body indentations of 4cm or greater

The following items will not be covered:-
1) Mattress Fabric
2) Normal body
3) Bed height
4) Merchandise sold "as-is", "distressed" or "floor model"
5) Stains, Soilage or Bums
6) Inadequate support from weak or improper box spring or foundation
7) Bent boarder wires
8) Transportation or removal costs of product
9) Englander product that has a manufacturing defect and is stained or soiled.

Englander reserves the right to deny warranty coverage.

If a defect occurs during warranty period, Englander will repair or replace (at its option) the defective mattress within a reasonable period of time.

Warranty only valid for original consumer purchaser, and have purchased the sleep set from an authorised dealer.
Please provide a copy of the original store receipt, or other proof of date, place of purchase and purchase price.
Provide the label from the defective product.

Englander reserves the right to substitute comparable materials or models and does not guarantee that the replacement will match the existing piece.The Warranty does not offer compensation for consequential damages or monetary refunds.
