| Warranty | 12 months warranty upon manufacturing defect from date of receive. The warranty covers any problem related to manufacturing defects on the heating elements excluding free gift, accesesories The warranty does not cover below: 1) Sticking or damage caused by misuse of product, product being overheated or lack of maintenance. 2) When the product is being used in a commercial environment. 3) Product is knocked or dropped. 4) Scratches on both interior and exterior of the product caused by abuse and misuse of product. After 10 Days policy - For warranty claims: STEP 1: Email Voxtera at warranty@voxtera.com and provide the following details: - Name - Contact number - Delivery address - Purchase Order number - Problem STEP 2: Upon confirmation, a mailing address will be provided. STEP 3: Faulty products must be delivered in its original packaging (including accessories, manuals, and documentation) to Voxtera. Delivery costs for warranty claim / return / repair covered by customer. Voxtera will cover delivery costs of replacement or repaired product to customer. Printed receipt will be required as proof of purchase.
