Basic Information How to heat up?
Method 1: Pour the Bazhen Chicken Soup into a porcelain bowl and cover it with a porcelain cover. Then place a saucepan that contains about 150 c.c. water and simmer for few minutes. Ready to serve.

Method 2: Directly steep the retort pouch in boiling water, take it out after 4 minutes. Tear the foil and pour the soup into a bowl to serve.

Special Case: To treat as a course
Take it warmly on an empty stomach at least half an hour before meals. For those with weak spleen and stomach, take it 1 hour after meal. In addition, the qi and blood are the weakest after menstruation, which is most suitable for replenishing qi and blood. You can wait until the menstrual blood is completely drained, and take one packet each morning and evening for 3-6 days.
