• Dry Chili Pan Mee: Air-dried Pan Mee noodles with fried anchovies, chili flakes and chili oil
• Mum's Soup Pan Mee: Air-dried Pan Mee noodles with anchovy-based soup, fried anchovies and fried onions
• Spicy Dried Shrimp Chilies: 200g
• Dry Chili Pan Mee Cooking: Cook noodles in 500ml boiling water for 6-8 minutes, drain well, mix with seasoning sauce and chili oil, then garnish with fried anchovies and chili flakes.
• Mum's Soup Pan Mee Cooking: Add soup mix and noodles to 500ml water and cook for 6-8 minutes, then pour into a bowl and garnish with fried anchovies and fried onions.
