“WOW SEIKHLAS HATI ONLINE EXCLUSIVE CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS”

This WOW SEIKHLAS HATI Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by WOWSHOP SDN BHD (hereinafter referred to as “WOWSHOP”) whose address is at Level 1, Balai Berita, Anjung Riong, No. 31, Jalan Riong, 59100 Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur. “We”, “our” or “us” shall refer to WOWSHOP.        

These terms and conditions for the Campaign (“Campaign Terms”) are in addition to WOWSHOP’s terms and conditions as featured on http://www.wowshop.com.my/term-conditions-page.html, including our Return & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Site User Terms and 5% WOW CASHBACK FOR PURCHASE VIA WEBSITE AND MOBILE APP Promotion (“WOWSHOP Terms & Conditions”). These Campaign Terms shall prevail WOWSHOP Terms & Conditions over any inconsistencies terms relating to this Campaign. We reserve the right to revise, change, modify, alter or amend these Campaign Terms at any time without prior written notice.                                               

By participating in this Campaign, you agree to be bound by these Campaign Terms and WOWSHOP Terms & Conditions and deemed to have read, accept and understood the stipulated terms and conditions, including any additional terms and conditions imposed by us.                  

This Campaign shall be effective from 9^th March 2022 until 13^th April 2022 (“Campaign Period”). We reserve the right to amend the duration of Campaign Period at any time.     

Campaign Details

During the Campaign Period, customers will enjoy instant discount from WOWSHOP for the purchase of selected exclusive products (“Campaign Products”) available on WOWSHOP’s website, mobile web and mobile application (“WOWSHOP ECMC Platform”). The Campaign Products will be as featured on the Campaign’s page on WOWSHOP ECMC Platform during the Campaign Period.

The details of the Campaign will be as per below:- 

1. Customers who purchase a minimum spend of Ringgit Malaysia One Hundred (RM100) of Campaign Products shall be given a coupon code (“Campaign Coupon Code”) which entitles the customers instant discount of Ringgit Malaysia Ten (RM10) (“Discount”) from the total cart amount during checkout.
2. Each customer may claim Campaign Coupon Code for five (5) times, however, the redemption is restricted to one (1) Campaign Coupon Code only per cart transaction.
3. The purchase of the Campaign Products cannot be combined with other products in a single transaction for the Discount to apply.
4. 5% WOW CASHBACK FOR PURCHASE VIA WEBSITE AND MOBILE APP Promotion is applicable for this Campaign, unless otherwise stated in the Campaign Products’ page.
5. The delivery of the Campaign Products is free unless otherwise stated on the Campaign Products’    
6. All types of payment methods available on WOWSHOP ECMC Platform to purchase the Campaign Products shall be applicable except Cash on Delivery (“COD”) method.

Redemption of Discount

• In order to enjoy the Discount, the customers has to key in the Campaign Coupon Code before making their purchase on WOWSHOP ECMC Platform during checkout.
• Steps on how to use the Discount will be displayed on the Campaign’s
• The Discount is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other form of rewards in part or full.

Return and Refund

Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy before you initiate a return and refund request. 

If you purchase only one (1) product in a single transaction, your refund amount is equivalent to the price you paid for such product after deduction of the Discount.

In the event of multiple products purchased in a single transaction, your refund amount will be calculated based on the prorated value of the Discount after its deduction with the price of the product in issue. The prorated amount will be based on the product quantity.
